School Introduction

Located in Vancouver, Canada, Stanley Academy offers Medical English Programs for international medical professionals. Established in 2002, we have educated hundreds of foreign-trained nurses and other medical professionals. Stanley Academy courses are offered in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

ESL Program Introduction

Stanley Academy programs are designed for adults who want to learn English communication skills in a medical context. The Medical English Program is taught by medical professionals with ESL teaching backgrounds. The students will have many opportunities to speak in class and to get special assistance from the teachers as the number of students per class is limited. Stanley Academy also offers a Practicum Program where the student can have a one-month work-experience in a medical setting.

Foreign-trained nurses who would like to work as nurses in Canada are welcome to take Stanley Academy's Registered Nurses Exam Preparation Program where they will learn the necessary skills to pass the CRNE exam and to become fully licensed in Canada.
