Whether you never studied English, have some basic understanding, or even if you are an advanced student, we have a program for you. CES COLLEGE offers all levels of ESL (basic through advanced). We are also a certified TOEFL testing center so you can take the TOEFL test right here. The school is easily accessible by public transportation, including subway and several bus lines.
