Focus Training Institute is PCTIA accredited. Since 1992 Focus Training Institute Ltd. has enjoyed an excellent community reputation of relevant and interactive training.

Located in Kelowna, in the Interior of Beautiful British Columbia. Surrounded by mountains and lakes, only a 4 hour drive from Vancouver.

ESL Program Introduction

Our language training offers students a unique combination of ESL and immersion. Classroom instruction is combined with volunteer work, activities and cultural experiences. Students will get the opportunity to enjoy British Columbia's beautiful outdoors.

Housing/Accommodation Info

Focus has various options available for accomodations while studying in Kelowna. A Homestay with a Canadian family is an excellent way to improve your English. Families have been interviewed and visited prior to approval. Regular contact with families ensures ongoing communication. In addition students can choose a hostel or bed and breakfast. English speaking homestay families provide a furnished bedroom, shared laundry and bath facilities, three meals daily, locations are close to bus transportation. Hostels provide private or shared bedrooms, access to laundry and cooking facilities and are close to all amenities.
