Skills which include: Filling out employment applications, how to read and respond to work place programs, policies and procedures, North American business culture, workplace etiquette and communication strategies, and writing reports, letters, and memos using today’s business software packages, MS Office, suite, MS Works suite.

help TLI Clients who need English in their work. Language skills are developed through many stimulating and realistic communicative activities. This course is suitable for a broad range of advanced students.

Grammar for Business Purposes
Enhance your grammar skills while learning business terms and discussing business-related issues.

Economy
Economic concepts and vocabulary in an overview of the economy. Discussion topics include: Tourism, Film and Television, Hospitality, and Information Technology.

Public Speaking
Learn how to plan, write and deliver speeches and presentations.
