OVERVIEW
The New America College specializes in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), English for a Specific Purpose (ESP), Career Business Training (CBT) and College Acquisition Basic Skills (CAP) programs to international adult learners who have an interest in pursuing a long-term commitment attending college or university in the United States.
MISSION STATEMENT
The New America College (NAC) is a post secondary non-profit institution of higher learning. The mission of the New America College is to empower new immigrants with the educational tools and support they need to maximize their potential, succeed, and live their American dream. To accomplish this, NAC is committed to:

PROGRAMS
English As A Second Language (ESL) Programs
The ESL programs are designed to educate three different types of language learners; Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced. Each Intensive language program includes English training in a specific industry sector, i.e. retail, healthcare, hotel hospitality, food, construction.
English for Specific Purpose Programs
The English for Specific Purpose (ESP) Programs has been designed to prepare students who are currently of limited English proficiency (LEP).
Business Administration
The ESP-Business Administration Program will train students in the areas of computer applications; hardware and software concepts; use of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including desktop functions and navigating concepts; utilize standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages; and communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Accounting Administration
The ESP-Accounting Administration Program will provide students with skills specific to the accounting and bookkeeping field. Students will also receive intensive study regarding the language, culture, and workplace knowledge necessary for LEP students to improve their English and U.S. cultural understanding, and be successful in the accounting field.

CLASS HOURS
Classes are offered on the following schedule:
•Day classes 8:00 am to 12:00 pm-Monday thru Thursday
•Evening classes 6:00 pm to10:00 pm-Monday thru Thursday
•Weekend classes 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday & Sunday
TUITION
The tuition costs, which cover the instruction, are as follows:

Customized Training Tuition Varies
A registration fee of $25.00 for all programs is due upon enrollment.
