Central Pacific College is an independent ESL institute located in beautiful Waikiki on the island of Oahu. CPC, as it is affectionately nicknamed, provides quality ESL education at a reasonable price. ESL Program Introduction

Central Pacific College offers a variety of programs that enable students to improve and enhance their English skills. Our instructors provide students with an opportunity to practice their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a comfortable and relaxed learning environment. At CPC, academics is our #1 priority, with a unique emphasis on "improving" English. In addition to our integrated skills courses, we also offer Business English, TOEFL and TOEIC classes.
