ESL Program Introduction

The English Language Learning Center (ELLC) at Howard Community College is your place to learn English. The ELLC offers a variety of English for Second Language (ESL) classes and houses the award winning intensive English Language Institute (ELI). Every year, our center serves more than 2000 students from over 127 countries.
