ESL Program Introduction

LASC's ESL courses provide an intensive program that emphasizes active student participation in the purposeful use of language. Students learn practical survival skills enabling them to achieve basic life needs with a degree of necessary confidence and self-sufficiency. These language skills enable students to, among other things, pursue further academic study, enhance future employment opportunities, and simply participate more fully in American society.
We are dedicated to providing the opportunity for students to learn or improve their English skills while residing in one of the most exciting and diverse cities in the world.
