INTERLINK provides an immersion course in English as a Second Language with a focus on academic preparation. INTERLINK teachers create a student-centered environment in which learning can be rapid and enjoyable; at the same time, priority is given to helping students assume responsibility for their own learning. Students completing the fifth INTERLINK level will generally have the linguistic, academic and social skills necessary for success at an American university. The campus is green and quiet, not far from downtown, with buses stopping hearby. ESL Program Introduction Faculty all have at least MA in ESOL, most with international experience. Students have access to all university services and facilities. Students work on projects involving campus and community, participate in UNCG clubs and activities such as ski trips, white-water rafting, beach, hiking, picnics, and the International Student Assoc.
