School Introduction

The Center for Global Languages is housed at Valencia Community College in the sunny Orlando, Florida area. Centrally located, we are near many famous attractions and within walking distance from shopping, museums, and fine dining. Orlando is internationally known, making our school a popular place of study for students and professionals from around the world.

ESL Program Introduction

We offer small group English classes, academic advising, free computer labs, lodging in a local homestay for a complete immersion into American culture, cultural activites that allow students to practice their English skills, and much more. Instruction is given only in English with de-emphasis on translation and an emphasis on conversation. Our dedicated and experienced instructors establish in-class situations that promote communication and practice in four language learning skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Each non-credit course is two weeks long, and course instruction is conducted Monday-Thursday 8:30am-12:30pm. Students may study from two weeks up to one year.
