School Introduction

Jonesboro is located in the center of the U.S. Nearby are the cities of Little Rock, Memphis, and St. Louis. We are also close to the Ozark Mountains with its caves, rivers, and recreational lakes. Our students enjoy playing soccer, having picnics, going on camping trips, visiting nearby cities, bowling, and other CESL planned activities.

ESL Program Introduction

The CESL curriculum consists of four skill levels: Beginning, Low Intermediate, High Intermediate, and Advanced, and our instructors have over 50 years of combined ESL teaching experience. We offer quality classroom experiences where students make good progress in Speaking and Listening in English. Our Reading classes are aimed at developing critical reading skills/improved comprehension, and our Writing classes focus on both writing and grammar in an intensive 2 hours per day class.
