ESL Program Introduction

The Maryland English Institute (MEI) offers a full-time intensive English program, short courses, and customized programs. The full time program offers multiple levels of instruction, from beginning to advanced. At all levels, students learn reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary. STudents participate in a rangeof extracurricular activities, which generally include an orientation, a field trip, coffee hours, and other social events.
