School Introduction

The English Language Institute at NYIT runs on two campuses. Students may attend classes in the heart of Manhattan--just steps from Lincoln Center. The Old Westbury campus is located in Nassau County on Long Island This picturesque suburban setting is just one half hour from the heart of Manhattan and its art galleries, museums, theaters, restaurants.

ESL Program Introduction

The English Language Institute is composed of a highly trained, experienced and dedicated faculty that works with students from all over the world. Class size is limited to 15, so students receive individualized attention. Students receive free tutoring, counseling and advisement. Qualified students who place in the advanced levels may take credit courses in the academic field of their choice. Students who complete the third level will be considered for admission to NYIT's major programs (graduate and undergraduate) without the TOEFL. Tuition is affordable and ELI is athorized to issue I-20 forms for student visas.
