Chicago, a city with a population of 3 million, is the third largest city in the United States and considered to be the heart of America's midwest. Home to Wrigley Field and the Cubs, Chicago also owns some of the best architecture in the nation. The city's nightlife is just as famous, and students can attend concerts, the theater, or visit the many famous blues and jazz clubs.
Our Chicago City Center is situated in the heart of "The Loop"—Chicago's vibrant business, theater, and shopping district. Within walking distance are several universities including Roosevelt, DePaul, and the Art Institute of Chicago, a world-renowned museum and art school. The center is near all major transportation lines and not far from the magnificent Lake Michigan—one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world.
Kaplan is the most highly respected institution for American University entrance preparation at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We offer English for all levels and interests, as well as expert TOEFL, GMAT and GRE preparation. We offer English and Test Preparation classes in more than 100 centers around the country, and we are authorized to issue the form I-20 for international students interested in studying in the US. Our goal is to help students achieve their educational and professional goals.
