Surrounded by orange groves and not far from the warm beaches of the Pacific Coast, Irvine Valley College has a beautiful campus that is attended by more than 11,000 students. The campus provides a brand-new computer center, sports facilities, and fitness complex, plus a modern library with over 80,000 volumes. Upon completion of the Associate's degree, many students transfer to a four-year university program such as UC Berkeley or UCLA.

Irvine, with a population of 100,000, is ranked one of the safest cities in America. It is centrally located in the heart of Southern California, between Los Angeles and San Diego, and is not far from famous attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Hollywood. Nearby California deserts and mountains are popular destinations for skiing or hiking. Our Irvine Valley College Center offers a homestay program where students have the opportunity to live with American families, learn about American life, and practice their English skills.

ESL Program Introduction

Kaplan is the most highly respected institution for American University entrance preparation at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We offer English for all levels and interests, as well as expert TOEFL, GMAT and GRE preparation. We offer English and Test Preparation classes in more than 100 centers around the country, and we are authorized to issue the form I-20 for international students interested in studying in the US. Our goal is to help students achieve their educational and professional goals.
