School Introduction

Zoni Language Centers has been a leader in language learning since 1988—educating over a thousand students from over 100 countries each year—and is a member of the American Association of Intensive English Programs (AAIEP). The main campus is located in mid-town Manhattan near the Empire State Building and an abundance of area attractions such as Times Square, the Broadway theater district, the Village, SoHo and the Hudson Valley, which are sure to make students' stays unforgettable and entertaining. Students will find themselves immersed within diverse, multicultural neighborhoods and classrooms that provide the perfect opportunities for them to learn and adapt to American culture and lifestyle and those of other cultures as well using English as a common language. Train and subway stations and bus stops are readily accessible and conveniently located nearby each campus.

ESL Program Introduction

Zoni's Intensive Program (IEP) focus on developing the students' English language abilities in reading, writing, listening and speaking from beginning to advanced levels. Intensive Business English, TOEFL and Pronunciation and Accent Reduction courses are also available. The program incorporate both in-class and off-campus social activities in order to help students build their vocabulary, improve their pronunciation and grammar and cultivate their conversation and oratorical skills. Students will meet international friends, see different areas of the city, tour nearby states, and learn English at the same time. Zoni's on-campus activities range from the annual poetry and speech competitions to culture festivals, student-produced fashion shows, soccer-tournaments and more.
